A accounting firm was in need of a new and modern office space upon recent expansion. After finding an available empty suite of the newly built Tangram Tower in the fast-growing commercial center of Flushing, Queens, they reached out to us to design a fully custom office that would fit their needs.

To create the bright, fresh feel as requested by the firm owner, we opted for crisp and clean surfaces throughout, employing trimless air vents and flush access panels to minimize visual clutter. Contemporary white light fixtures light up the office throughout, while black decorative fixtures provide contrast.

A key design element we introduced is the glazing system, forming all the divisions in the office while allowing natural light to reach the entire suite. The champagne-colored mullions are deliberately expressed, adding a unique warmth and contrast to the otherwise neutral space. All desks and dividers are fully custom-designed so that they fit the exact configuration that the staff require. The reception desk is designed to appear as one solid piece of white quartz, a bespoke design piece which greets clients upon arrival.
